The above matter coming on to be heard and considered before the
Board of County, Commissioners of Benton County, Washington, at a
regular adjourned meeting of said Board held in the Commissions'is.
Room in the Court House at Prosser, Washington, on this 26th. day of
March A.D. 1917, the same being the second Monday succeeding the
eleotioh which was held for the purposes hereinafter specified; and
upon a'consideration of such matter, it satisfactorily appearing to
this Board:-
-1-.  That in furtherance of a Petition of a majority of the
whole numbers of holders of title and evidences of title to the land
within the above District proposed to be established, for the organization of such District pursuant to law, an Order was heretofore
entered by this Board on the 26th. day of February A.D. 1917, wherein
an election was ordered to be held on Saturday, the 17th. dep of Maroh,
1917, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. at the Kiona Public
School House, near the Northwest corner.of the Northeast quarter of

Section 19, Township 9 North of Range 87. E.W.M., in Benton County,
Washington, whioh is situate within the boundaries of the District
proposed, and was designated as a polling place for such election; and
at whioh election,it was further ordered,should be subm itted the
proposition of whether or not said District should be organized pursuant to law, and three Directors elected therefor; that also, at
