ARTICLE VI
Amendments and By-Laws
Sec. 1. Any proposals to a-mend, revise or add to this Constitution shall pass three (3) successive meetings and then be submitted to the membership for secret ballot at the fourth meeting.
Sec. 2. By-Laws, not inconsistent with th«
Crovisions of this constitution, may be adopted y majority vote of the members present at any regular meeting.
ARTICLE VII
Ratification
Sec. 1. This Constitution shall become ef¬ fective upon approval by the membership at a- regular meeting and by the Internaitonal Executive Board. All amendments to this Constitution must also be approved by the International Executive Board before having full force and effect.

Puget Sound Reef Nctters Union of the In- national Fishermen's and Allied Workers of America.
ARTICLE I
Names, Objects and Jurisdiction
Sec. 1. This Local Union shall be known and chartered as The Puget Sound Reef Net- ters Union, affiliated with the International Fishermen and Allied Workers of America.
Sec. 2. The policies of this Local Union shall at all times conform with those laid down by the membership of the International Fishermen and Allied Workers of America through the International Conventions, Con¬ stitution, and Referendums.
Sec. 3. The jurisdiction of this Local Union shall cover the operation of all Reef Nets in the Puget Sound area engaged in the fishing industry.
Sec. 4. Headquarters of this Local Union shall be maintained in Bellingham. Washing¬ ton.
ARTICLE II
Officers and Elections
Sec. 1. The officers of this Local Union shall be. President, Vice-President, Secretary- Treasurer, Warden, Conductor, and three |3) Trustees.
