Pioneer State Bank Ritzville, Wash.
March 23rd, 1907.
Meeting consisting of the following members appointed by the Ritzville Library Association to wit:
J.D. Bassett, Rev. W.M. Proctor, F.E. Robbins, also a committee from the City Council consisting of Mayor O.R. Holcomb, Councilmen J.J. Joyce, W.H. Martin met in the office of the First National Bank for the purpose of organizing a building committee to secure plans for the erection of the Carnegie Public Library.
All members present except O.R. Holcomb.
On motion, Rev. W.M. Proctor was elected permanent chairman, and W.H. Marin, Secretary. It was the sense of the meeting that we employ Preusee & Zittle of Spokane to draw plans and specifications for the library. If they could not be secured to employ services of C. Ferris White of Spokane. Rev. Proctor was instructed to go to Spokane if necessary to see the architects. On motion adjorned.
