              BY LAWS

	RITZVILLE PUBLIC LIBRARY AND IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION.

Article I. Memberships, fees, privileges and duties.
	Sec. 1.  Membership in this association is divided into two classes to-wit:
	Sec. 2.  Active members shall consist of all persons over the age of eighteen years, of good moral character, who shall have subscribed and paid Ten Dollars or more in good money or books annually to the said association and shall be elected to membership by the Board of Directors.
	Sec. 3.  Junior members shall consist of all persons of good moral character under the age of eighteen years, and over the age of Twelve years, who shall be elected thereto by the Board of Directors.
	Sec. 4.  Active members shall have one vote in all business brought before the Association and in all elections of officers.  Junior members shall have no vote, but shall be entitled to the privileges which may be conferred upon members.

Article II.  Officers, terms, elections and duties.
	Sec. 1.  The officers of this Association are as follows, to-wit: President, First, Second and Third Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and Six Trustees.  They shall constitute the Board of Directors.
	Sec. 2.  The President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer shall be elected annually at the regular annual election, and hold office for one year until their successors are duly elected and qualified.
	Sec. 3.  At the first annual election there shall be elected six trustees, two of whom shall be elected for a term of one year, two for two years, and two for three years, and thereafter at the regular
